Last updated: April 1, 2026

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Pipeline Audit. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

The Service

Pipeline Audit provides software for sales pipeline intelligence, including integrations, transcript processing, CRM synchronization, email analysis, and deal analysis workflows.

We may modify, improve, or discontinue features from time to time.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

  • You may not share access credentials in a way that bypasses your purchased seat limits or workspace permissions.
  • Workspace administrators are responsible for managing authorized users in their organization.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Customer Data

You retain responsibility for the data you submit to Pipeline Audit or authorize Pipeline Audit to access through integrations.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide that data and to authorize the related integrations.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Pipeline Audit to violate law, infringe rights, or interfere with the service.

  • Do not use the service to upload, process, or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service beyond permitted use.
  • Do not use the service in a way that disrupts, damages, or overburdens the platform.

Integrations and Third-Party Services

Pipeline Audit may interoperate with third-party services such as Gmail, CRM tools, and transcript platforms. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies.

By connecting a third-party service, you authorize Pipeline Audit to access and process the data made available through that integration in order to provide the related product features.

We are not responsible for downtime, changes, restrictions, or data handling by third-party services.

Fees and Billing

Paid use of Pipeline Audit is subject to the pricing and billing terms presented at purchase or in your order form. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable fees.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual Property

Pipeline Audit and its related software, content, branding, and documentation are owned by Pipeline Audit or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your internal business purposes.

Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other in connection with the service. Each party agrees to use the other party’s confidential information only as necessary to perform under these Terms and to protect it using reasonable care.

Disclaimers

Pipeline Audit is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case, and we do not guarantee any specific commercial outcome from use of the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pipeline Audit and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, or data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Pipeline Audit for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to Pipeline Audit for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued service would create legal, security, or operational risk.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions relating to fees owed, confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
