How does the $2.00/deal overage work?
Each seat includes 20 active deals at no extra charge. An "active deal" is any open pipeline deal that hasn't been marked Closed Won or Closed Lost. If a rep has 24 active deals and their seat includes 20, you'll be charged for 4 overage deals ($8/month for that rep). Overage is tracked daily and charged at the end of each billing period.
When am I billed?
Your seat subscription ($20/user/month) is billed monthly on the anniversary of your signup. Overage charges are measured throughout the billing period and appear as a single line item on your monthly invoice.
When does billing start?
Billing starts immediately when you subscribe. Your first invoice covers the current month, with overage charges appearing as a single line item at the end of the billing period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings with no cancellation fees or penalties. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I add or remove team members?
Team management is available in your account settings. When you add a new user, we'll prorate the charge for the remainder of the current billing cycle. Removed users are credited back on your next invoice.
Do you offer discounts for annual plans?
Currently, we offer monthly billing only. However, we're working on annual plans with discounted pricing. Contact our sales team if you're interested in discussing options for larger teams or annual commitments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We currently don't accept purchase orders or invoicing, but this may change for enterprise customers.
